Being a Madridista Premium means being recognised by the Club as an official Real Madrid supporter. This status gives you a personalised digital membership card with your name and Madridista Premium number, and lets you enjoy exclusive benefits such as full access to RM Play.

What can I watch on RM Play as a Madridista Premium?
As a Madridista Premium you have full access to RM Play, Real Madrid’s official video platform.
You can watch full matches, exclusive content and every episode of the Club’s original series and documentaries. You’ll also have access to news, highlights from every section, press conferences, interviews, the historical archive and Realmadrid TV live.
How can I get full access to RM Play?
Full access to RM Play is one of the exclusive benefits of the Madridista Premium membership. Once you’ve signed up, you can access RM Play with your login details through the Club’s official website, the Madridistas website or the official App.
Your login details are your email address or Madridista Premium number, and your password.
How much does it cost to become a Madridista Premium?
The Madridista Premium membership costs €35 for the digital version. For €1 more at sign-up, you can request your physical membership card and welcome pack to be sent to you.
How much does it cost to renew my Madridista Premium membership?
The Madridista Premium renewal fee is €35 a year. Renewal is automatic, and payment is taken once a year, on the date you signed up.
What benefits does a Madridista Premium get?
As a Madridista Premium you can enjoy exclusive benefits such as full access to RM Play, priority when buying tickets, and 15% off at the Online Store, among others. You can see them all in your Private Area.
What’s in the Madridista Premium welcome pack and when will I receive it?
If you requested the welcome pack for €1 more during sign-up, you will receive the following at the postal address you provided:
Personalised physical Premium card.
Welcome letter.
Signed player postcard.
Information on how to redeem your benefits.
Estimated delivery time is two weeks for shipments within Spain and three weeks for international shipments.
How can I cancel my Madridista Premium membership?
If you wish to cancel your Madridista Premium membership, you can do so through your Private Area. Go to “Your profile” and then “Your membership”, where you’ll find the option to “Change plan” or “Leave the Madridista community”. You will keep access to your benefits until the end of the period you paid for.
